Every model's shell is designed for cold climates. Full structural specifications (snow load, wind rating, insulation values) are provided during your consultation once your province and site are known — we don't publish a blanket number since requirements vary by region and model.
From order to delivery takes about two months: roughly one month to build and one month to ship. Installation on site then takes about one to two weeks, depending on the model and how ready your site is.
The Orbit, The Peak and The Barn are manufactured in Ukraine. The Aurora and The Facet are manufactured in China. All models ship by ocean freight to a Canadian port, then are delivered to your site.
We can install it with our own trained crew, which we recommend, or you can use your own contractor. Installation is not included in the price and is quoted separately. If you choose your own contractor, we provide support to walk them through the build.
Yes. Every model needs a level, engineered base such as a foundation, piles or a platform. Foundation, site prep and utility hookups depend on your site, are not included in the price, and are quoted separately.
Yes. Flag "I still need land" on the quote form and we'll talk through model choice and general siting considerations during your consultation — we don't broker land sales directly.
Tell us your province and municipality on the quote form and a specialist manually checks general permit feasibility for your area, following up within 24–48 hours. It's not a live database lookup or a guarantee of approval — final confirmation always comes from your local building department.
Prices cover the building shell only: the frame, insulation, windows and doors, plus shipping to your site with standard road access. Not included: interior fit-out (including kitchen, bathroom and furnishings), electrical and other utility connections, foundation and site prep, installation, and permits.
