Which model is right for me? +

It depends on your land, budget, and purpose. The quote form asks these three questions so we can recommend a model before you talk to a specialist.

Do I need a building permit? +

Most Canadian municipalities require a permit and engineering sign-off for permanent structures. Tell us your location on the quote form and we'll check permit feasibility for your area and follow up within 24 to 48 hours.

Can I finance a purchase instead of paying cash? +

Yes. Flag it on the quote form and we'll walk through financing options in your consultation. We are not a licensed lender.

What's included in the price versus what's extra? +

Prices cover the building shell only: the frame, insulation, windows and doors, plus shipping to your site with standard road access. Not included: interior fit-out (including kitchen, bathroom and furnishings), electrical and other utility connections, foundation and site prep, installation, and permits. Delivery to hard-to-reach sites, such as an island that needs a barge, may add costs. Everything is confirmed in your quote. See the Domes page for the full list.
